In 2018, Glatfelter joined American International Group (AIG) and is now part of the AIG family. About the Position Glatfelter Insurance Group is seeking a Web Developer . In this role you will collaborate with team members to build, update, and maintain both static and interactive corporate websites, micro-sites, landing pages and web applications. Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in managing HubSpot eblasts and forms - responsible for the creation, support, and trouble-shooting of any digital communications. Assist the digital/data team with collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends to understand and improve user behavior and experience. Key Responsibilities Work with the digital team on development of all web projects. Build, update, and maintain overall functionality for corporate websites, micro-sites, blogs, landing pages and online portals; optimize design using latest UX best practices and meeting WCAG accessibility standards Create site layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices Research and develop UX strategies for all web and digital communications Perform SEO optimization, keyword strategy and support adword/ppc efforts Conduct routine reviews, audits and testing of websites and digital channels Integration with digital marketing programs Meeting with stakeholders to discuss website design and function Work with the IT Security team to fix any known website vulnerabilities Create eblast templates, forms, and any other digital communications in HubSpot and provide technical support to the content team on any digital communications. Support the digital/data team in studying user behavior and user experience (UX) and making recommendations to the marketing team on how to modify/improve UX across all programs. Monitor the performance of all websites and landing pages Assist the digital/data team with pulling marketing analytics from various sources Work with the digital/data team to prepare and produce analytics reports on a monthly/as needed basis Assist the digital/data team with establishing and monitoring KPIs and Benchmarks, as well as user behavior and experience reports, modifications, workflows, forms, and recommendations What We're Looking For Bachelors' degree or equivalent experience and 5 years' work experience with web development and UX (user experience) design. Strong knowledge and practical experience with front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, Bootstrap, and jQuery or React Familiarity with website build tools such as static site generators (Astro, Hugo, etc.), front-end libraries (React, Vue, etc.), traditional or headless Content Management Systems (DNN, Strapi), as well as marketing/analytics platforms such as HubSpot and Google Analytics. Experience with version control tools and practices, specifically Git. Must have adequate knowledge of relational database systems and languages, such as Microsoft SQL Server. Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Organized, reliable self-starter with strong creative-thinking, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills. Ability to troubleshoot, identify patterns and generate new approaches to user experience and analytics reporting. Solid understanding of analytics and industry-standard analytics platforms. Ability to handle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment. Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, willing, and able to meet deadlines. Must have the ability to be proactive, take initiative, and be accountable for all projects and responsibilities - with minimal supervision. Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment.
