Financial Analyst II - Budget

This position will serves as the Financial Analyst in the Office of SVC Health Sciences ($30 million annual operating budget), and the School of Medicine Division Administration ($61 million annual operating budget). Job Summary

Prepares and analyzes financial data for senior leadership in budgetary and financial planning. Tracks and analyzes budgetary developments. Reviews financial and budgetary proposals and assists in preparing complex reports and statements. Essential Functions

Preparing monthly journal entries and monthly financial statements, analyzing activities, explaining variances, forecasting results, preparing annual budgets, and suggesting improvements to current accounting processes. Physical Effort

Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
