who designs and develops solutions using BMC Helix Digital Workplace (DWP) service development including Asset management and Dashboard development.
Our team implemented BMC Helix as an enterprise-wide IT Service Management (ITSM) solution for a federal government agency and is building out additional capabilities.
HOW A SOFTWARE DEVELOPER SENIOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:Design and develop solutions using BMC Helix Digital Workplace (DWP) service development including Asset management and DashboardsCollaborate with the customer and team to design a long-term implementation roadmap and develop future BMC Helix capabilitiesDocument the customer’s requirements, customizations, and changesAnalyze the customer’s requirements and develop and design solutions using BMC Helix to satisfy those requirementsResponsible to know and convey ITIL and ITSM process flows within BMC HelixProvide BMC Helix technical leadership to support process improvement effortsPerform evaluation of alternatives for BMC Helix out-of-the-box vs. custom solutions with an assessment of risks and costs
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or DegreeRequired Experience:
Minimum of 3+ years of BMC Remedy/Helix development experience, specifically with BMC Helix Digital Workplace (DWP) service development experienceRequired Technical Skills:
Asset Management development, Dashboard developmentRequired Skills and Abilities: Developer experience with BMC Helix Digital Workplace (DWP) service developmentPreferred Skills:

The likely salary range for this position is $100,856 - $136,452. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
