Days, 7a-7:30p, 12x4, 48hrs per week, Will also accept 36'sLength:
13 weeksCall-Ins: If a traveler call-ins for a contracted shift, the traveler is expected to 1) make up the day during the pay period, if a 0.9 FTE. OR 2) if a 0.9 FTE and unable to make up during the pay period, then the shift will be added at the end of the traveler contract 3) If a 1.2 FTE, any call-in shifts will be added to the end of the contractTravelers are expected to work every other week per their contract.Requirements:IN LicenseMinimum 2 Year of Med/Surg Experience2 Years Overall RN experience requiredBLSManagement of dysrhythmias and Interpretation of dysrhythmias skillset preferredOther Details:First Time Travelers AcceptedUnit travelers may be expected to float to different levels of care (Med-Surg, PCU, ICU) with resources provided if neededStaffing Ratios: 1:5-6COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Not RequiredFlu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions OnlyFirst Time Travelers AcceptedShift Requirements: 4x12 or 3x12*** Call-Ins: If a traveler call-ins for a contracted shift, the traveler is expected to 1) make up the day during the pay period, if a 0.9 FTE.
