What you will doAs a controls systems technician with Johnson Controls you will perform assigned system commissioning using Johnson Controls configuration and commissioning tools.
You will troubleshoot and resolve basic HVAC mechanical, electrical, and control problems and respond to basic warranty calls
How you will do itLoads system-level controller softwarePerforms basic commissioning and system diagnostics from system-level controllers to end devices (such as: sensors, actuators, etc.) and completes all required commissioning documentationKeeps management and JCI contractor or customer informed of job progress and issuesCalibrates systems requiring basic electronic test equipmentCompletes administrative tasks including but not limited to time sheets, expense reports, and on-site documentationDocuments changes and provides information for as-built documentationCommunicates with the JCI contractor or customer upon arrival and before leaving the work siteFollows all safety standards and attends required safety training. High degree of regard to employee and subcontractor safety.

PreferredLow voltage/120 volt wiring skills preferredHVAC experience preferredExperience working with Microsoft Excel and Visio Depending on location, the mounting and termination of low voltage devices may have special licensing requirements
