Academic Facility

Unit Procedures: Shockwave, Angiovac, kyphoplasty, vertebroplasty, Y90 treatments, trans jugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunts, direct intrahepatic portosystemic shunt, balloon occluded retrograde transvenous obliterations, Spaceoar, trans jugular liver biopsy, adreno samplings, carotid and vertebral stents, vasospasms, drain placements, onyx embolizationCensus: Avg 20 cases per day, 6 IR rooms

Years of experience REQ: 1 year of IR Experience plus 1 year of ED or ICU experience

First-timers accepted: YES

Weekend REQ: Weekend call

Certs REQ: ACLS, BCLS

Is on-call REQ? Call is assigned average 8-10 days per month which includes a weekend.
