*Job Summary:* We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Veterinarian to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality medical care to small animals, including preventive, diagnostic, surgical, and therapeutic treatment. The Veterinarian will work closely with pet owners, educating them on proper care and treatment for their animals while maintaining the highest standards of animal welfare.

*Key Responsibilities:** Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests to assess animal health* Diagnose and treat medical conditions in animals, ranging from routine health issues to complex cases* Administer vaccinations, medications, and treatments as needed* Perform surgical procedures, including spays, neuters, and more advanced operations* Provide emergency care when necessary, both during regular hours and on an on-call basis* Educate pet owners on animal health, nutrition, behavior, and preventive care* Maintain accurate medical records for all patients* Ensure compliance with relevant laws and ethical guidelines related to veterinary medicine* Work closely with veterinary technicians and support staff to provide comprehensive care*
*Qualifications:** Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent from an accredited institution* Valid veterinary license in the state of practice* Strong diagnostic, medical, and surgical skills* Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Compassion for animals and dedication to their well-being*
*Working Conditions:** Full-time position* Exposure to sick or injured animals, which may involve handling animals that are aggressive or anxious* Potential for lifting or restraining animals, which can be physically demanding
