Only qualified Learning Management System administrator who is local to Atlanta, GA can be considered for this position due to onsite presence
Qualifications:
• Minimum two years’ recent experience as LMS administrator, specifically including modules related to users and e-learning content.
• Minimum two years’ experience providing frontline technical support to e-learning users.
• Preferred recent experience in SuccessFactors Cloud LMS within last year. Learning SFX Accreditation preferred but not required.
• Effective verbal and written communicator.
• Customer-focused with ability to render professional support to frustrated users.
• Critical thinker able to triage issues, provide solutions and identify trends.
• Self-starter who engages the expanded team to escalate issues as appropriate.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook
Responsibilities:
• Performing user-related tasks in SuccessFactors Cloud LMS including curriculum assignment, forced completion of content objects, and assignment of alternate job codes.
• Monitoring feedback loop daily to identify any issues within the content or LMS.
• Documenting information on each reported incident for the purpose of identifying trends.
• Providing frontline e-learning tech support to users.
• Diagnosing issues and selecting the right mitigation, escalating when needed.
• Communicating professionally with users experiencing technical issues.
• Updating knowledge articles based on evolving information.
• Proactively sharing concerns and ideas with the FOP LMS team and making recommendations where appropriate.
• Working with corporate LMS team to ensure system updates are communicated, tested and supported.
• Building and maintaining curricula, items, assessments and content objects in the LMS.
• Initiating ad hoc reports for the Learning team and stakeholders.
