Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator

Position type: Full-time - ContractDuration: 12 monthsLocation: Atlanta, GA

As Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator, you will be:Responsible for performing user-related tasks in SuccessFactors Cloud LMS including curriculum assignment, forced completion of content objects, and assignment of alternate job codes.Experience in Monitoring feedback loop daily to identify any issues within the content or LMS.Experience in Documenting information on each reported incident for the purpose of identifying trends.Providing frontline e-learning tech support to users.Diagnosing issues and selecting the right mitigation, escalating when needed.Communicating professionally with users experiencing technical issues.Updating knowledge articles based on evolving information.Proactively sharing concerns and ideas with the FOP LMS team and making recommendations where appropriate.Building and maintaining curricula, items, assessments and content objects in the LMS.Initiating adhoc reports for the Learning team and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have:

Minimum two years’ recent experience as LMS administrator, specifically including modules related to users and e-learning content.Minimum two years’ experience providing frontline technical support to e-learning users.Preferred recent experience in SuccessFactors Cloud LMS within last year.Learning SFX Accreditation preferred.Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:Pay Range*:

$32- $36 Per hour.*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
