WHAT YOU’LL DO:This role is responsible for leading both the daily operational objectives and the strategic growth associated with increasing employee engagement, member loyalty and financial return. Provide direction and management to the areas reporting to this position to achieve approved objectives, goals and initiatives. Directly responsible for the objectives and key results that enable TruStone’s overall philosophy and growth strategy. Develop innovative strategies that differentiate TruStone as the credit union consumers choose and members stay with because we are best suited to achieve their financial goals. Optimize the relationship between achieving efficiencies within established budget and enabling innovative strategies. Effectively lead team to plan, organize, direct and analyze in order to drive employee engagement, member loyalty and effective risk management.
This position is also a Product Owner role in the Product Management Council (PMC). As a Product Owner they are responsible for the vision of their product(s) and prioritization of the capabilities implemented. They are responsible for the communication across all stakeholders, researching other businesses in the industry to create and execute their vision for their product(s), as well as owning their product’s roadmap.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:Availability to work 40 hours per week Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am – 6:00pm and rotating Saturdays 9:00am – 1:00pm at our Burnsville Administrative Office or Plymouth Corporate Office; exempt.
In addition:
BA/BS in business or equivalent experience.Minimum 8 years in the financial services industry, with proven results in sales, service, lending and contact center experience, 15+ years preferred.Minimum 5 years of years of management experience, with 10+ years preferred.Superb written and oral communication skills that transcend analytical, facilitation, coaching, negotiation, problem solving, and training responsibilities.Demonstrated ability to critically think by analyzing data and problem solving data to reach a well-reasoned solution.Ability to readily adjust to multiple demands and constituencies, shifting priorities, and rapid change.Effective use of quantitative and financial information to monitor overall call center performance.Working knowledge of current phone systems and call center technology to effectively drive positive results.Learning agility; open to new ways of thinking and acquiring new skills and processes to retain our competitive advantage.PC proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, and Outlook/E-mail or equivalents.Great project management skills.Compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and all its provisions.Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and various background checks.Regular and reliable attendance at the workplace.
