Arthrex Inc. is actively searching for a Lab Operations Coordinator II to creatively and actively participate in the department of lab operations to carry out the logistical operation for organization and maintenance activities for cadaveric training events, product management events, representative trainings. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for Supervisors and Manager of Lab Operations including phone support, correspondence, meeting planning, scheduling, filing, etc.
  • Lab Operations representative and coordinator for Medical Education course events including single day labs, corporate courses, and international guest events.
  • Lab Operations representative and coordinator for Product Management events including studio 360 coordination, trainings, new product introduction.
  • Lab Operations representative and coordinator for National Sales including MedEd trainings, National Sales trainings, and Agency events.
  • Maintain Clinical Staff Contact Information.
  • Maintain Lab Operations events in SalesForce/GEMS.
  • Coordination of Lab Operations tours.
  • Assist Lab Operations Supervisors in lab approval process, station assignments, and employee coverage.
  • Provide clerical support to Lab Operations.

Skills:

  • Employee with preferred one or more years of service within Lab Operations or two years of relevant experience.
  • Gather event requirements (Sets, Disp., Specimens, imaging etc.).
  • Maintain an event folder with all pertinent information.
  • Plan mapping of SDL and corporate courses.
  • Works with product teams on needs and demands for lab space.
  • Work with ORD to manage overflow of events.
  • Assist support with events teams as needed.

Education/ Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in coordination or event planning preferred.
  • 1 plus years of service within ArthroLab or relevant experience required.
