Responsibilities of the Full Charge Bookkeeper

Maintain financial records for one of the companies
All AP, AR, reconciliations at month end
The Full Charge Bookkeeper will keep track of Certificates of insurance and make sure employees are up to date on their licensing
Assist with Payroll
AIA Billing
