Your work will be seen by billions of shoppers and will be featured throughout the Amazon mobile app. Amazon Native Player (ANP) is the foundational component that experiences like Inspire (Amazon's mobile only discovery, browse, and social shopping experience) are built on. You will play a critical role in the evolving ANP's architecture, implementing new React Native features for Amazon customers, and working with both experience and foundational component teams.Key job responsibilitiesAs a SDE-II in the ANP team, you will build new features that modernize and make the media experience more engaging, you will expand the types of content rendered (e.g. Live streams, AR/VR, etc.), you will optimize for rendering quality and performance, you will establish design patterns that empowers engineers across teams to safely innovate. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
