Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking highly motivated and experienced Sr. Systems Engineer to join our team to support our government clients. The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in delivering world-class engineering solutions while working in a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Sr. Systems Engineer, you will:
- Design and implement information management systems with flawless precision.
- Coordinate product development, requirements generation, and testing methodologies.
- Manage subordinate engineers working on requirements, design, implementation, and testing.
- Develop, implement, and coordinate multi-tenant, enterprise web-based solutions.
- Ensure system availability and integrity monitoring, security compliance, and data protection.
- Engineer solutions in a Linux and Windows multi-tenant environment on commercial cloud services like AWS or Azure.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Eligible to acquire and uphold Government Security Clearance.
- Associate degree or Equivalent experience.
- Ten years’ experience crafting and implementing information management systems.
- Three years within the past five years in product development, requirements generation, and testing methodologies.
- Three years within the past five years with commercial cloud service providers engineering solutions in a Linux and Windows multi-tenant environment.
- Must be able to work multiple tasks in a team-based environment.
- An active DoD government clearance.
- Strong communication and team building skills.
- Strong test writing skills.
- Proven ability to successfully implement ambitious projects in a collaborative setting.
- Experience with automated processes and tools for system availability, integrity monitoring, and security compliance.
