Job Duties:

• Make initial outbound calls to patients following a script that are enrolled to participate in a study (No Selling)
• For inbound calls: Will answer calls from messages left and will answer questions from a provided script.
• Data Entry

Requirements:

• Previous Call Center Experience
• Previous medical experience preferred
• Intermediate computer skills
• Basic to intermediate data entry experience

Business casual / no shorts/ jeans are ok

Bilingual Preferred

19.00/hr

12pm-8pm
