Job Description

Exciting career opportunity for a HR Coordinator based in the corporate office with a hybrid work-from-home schedule, providing support for compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, talent management, compliance, and HRIS. Responsible for coordinating and performing the day to day tasks associated with planning and administering human resources policies, programs and practices.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform tasks associated with supporting recruitment of office and campus hiring.
  • Assist with the onboarding process of new employees.
  • Act as a liaison on behalf of employees and business units to efficiently provide solutions.
  • Complete assignments in supporting executive and management teams with goal planning and performance management. 
  • Perform tasks associated with supporting the company's benefit programs in a manner that provides full value to all employees.
  • Collaborate with business units to share, develop, and apply consistency with best practices in all HR function areas. 
  • Provide administrative assistance by responding to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
  • Produce, monitor, and analyze reports on general human resources activity.
  • Oversee day-to-day requests from employees, managers, executives and business partners. 
  • Continually develop knowledge and expertise in employment law and HR functions.
  • Schedule and organize meetings and events to promote employee engagement.
  • Support implementation of a variety of projects by coordinating and timely executing delegated tasks. 
  • Performs special projects and completes all other duties as assigned or requested for the general support of the organization.

Qualifications and Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or other closely related disciplines or has equivalent combination of education and/or work experience. 
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication.
  • Proven ability to collaborate, communicate, and use leadership skills to effectively work with a team of HR professionals.
  • Desire to obtain HR certification, PHR and CP.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% annually
  • A minimum of 1 year of HR, recruitment, or management experience (preferred).
