Responsibilities of the Accounting Clerk:
  • Process accounts payable transactions accurately and on time.
  • Maintain financial records, including managing invoices, expense reports, and receipts.
  • Reconcile discrepancies and resolve any accounting issues.
  • Support month-end and year-end close procedures.
  • Assist the finance team with general administrative and clerical support as needed.
Qualifications for the Accounting Clerk Role:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is a plus.
