ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST

Fully onsite in Canonsburg, PA

Our client, a growing company in the real estate/construction industry, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Specialist. This role is ideal for a team player eager to handle a variety of accounting tasks, from data entry to accounts payable/receivable and document management. OVERVIEW OF THE ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST ROLE:

• Perform data entry and ensure accuracy in accounting records.
• The Accounting Specialist will process and manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions.
• Organize, gather, and maintain financial documents for quick access and review.
• The Accounting Specialist will support daily accounting operations by collaborating with team members.
• Handle general administrative tasks to keep the accounting department running smoothly.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST ROLE:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); QuickBooks familiarity is a plus.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
