Salary: $45,000 - $55,000
Location: Fully On-Site in Canonsburg, PA

OVERVIEW OF THE AP SPECIALIST ROLE:

• AP Specialist will process and accurately format 100-200 invoices daily, ensuring timely and precise record-keeping.
• Manage the AP email inbox, responding to vendor and internal inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• AP Specialist will collaborate with vendors to address payment discrepancies and ensure smooth transaction processing.
• AP Specialist will support month-end close activities by maintaining accurate AP records and preparing required reports.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR AP SPECIALIST ROLE:

• Prior experience in accounts payable, ideally in high-volume or fast-paced settings.
• Familiarity with JD Edwards or Oracle software is highly beneficial.
