RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BILLING SPECIALIST:

• Invoice Preparation: Generate accurate and timely invoices for legal services rendered, ensuring compliance with billing guidelines specific to the firm's practice areas.
• Billing Reconciliation: Review and reconcile billing discrepancies, making adjustments to maintain accuracy and client satisfaction.
• Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries regarding billing matters, providing professional and clear explanations of charges and payment options.
• Time Entry Management: Assist attorneys and staff with accurate time entry, ensuring proper allocation of billable hours and adherence to deadlines.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed billing reports for management, including outstanding balances and aging reports to assist with cash flow management.

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE BILLING SPECIALIST:

• 1+ years of experience in an administrative or accounting-related role.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
