Dental Hygienist (Part-time)

United Staffing Solutions, a leader in the staffing industry, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to work part-time in Marlboro, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to the patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while promoting good oral health practices.

Pay: $25/hr

Schedule: Monday and Tuesdays 8am-6pm

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and oral examinations.
• Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and polishing of teeth using appropriate instruments.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, including proper brushing and flossing techniques.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Assist in the development of individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Utilize Dentrix software for managing patient records and scheduling appointments.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth workflow during procedures, practicing four-handed dentistry when necessary.
• Stay current with advancements in dental hygiene practices and technology through ongoing education.
