As head of the Finance department, the Chief Financial Officer will manage and supervise all aspects of the accounting processes. This position will have an active role in the monthly analysis and reporting of operating results, cash forecasting, and budgeting. This individual must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills and will be responsible for presenting financial information to management in a clear and concise manner.

Main Responsibilities of Chief Financial Officer

• Report directly to the CEO
• Oversee cash flow and cash management
• Strategic planning, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Develop, review, and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports which accurately present the company's financial activities
• Provide insight on current processes and implement new procedures

Qualifications of Chief Financial Officer

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Service or Energy industry experience
• At least 5 years of experience
