Our client is looking for a hands-on and strategic

Business Intelligence (BI) Manager

to lead data initiatives and help shape the company's data-driven decision-making processes. This individual will be responsible for integrating data from multiple systems, delivering actionable insights through reporting, and managing a team of BI professionals. The role also requires a strong technical background, with the ability to implement and maintain BI tools, particularly Power BI, while aligning BI efforts with the organization's overall goals.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive BI strategy that aligns with organizational objectives.Lead and manage a team of BI professionals, fostering a collaborative and data-driven culture within the organization.Oversee the integration and formatting of data from ERP systems and other sources into the company's cloud-based data warehouse.Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data collection, storage, and analysis.Implement and maintain BI tools, with a focus on

Power BI

for data visualization.Design and deliver customized reports and dashboards to stakeholders across the business.Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and create tailored BI solutions.Collaborate with IT to ensure the BI infrastructure supports business requirements and future growth.Ensure compliance with data governance policies and industry regulations.Assist in selecting and managing external consultants to support BI implementation.Present findings and insights to senior management, aiding in strategic decision-making.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.7+ years of experience in business intelligence roles, including leadership and team management.Hands-on experience with BI tools, particularly Power BI, and expertise in data management.Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally.Proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, and data warehousing.Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment; local candidates required for in-office collaboration.Preferred Skills:Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors.Familiarity with cloud-based BI solutions and advanced analytics.Knowledge of machine learning concepts.Vaco values a diverse workplace and strongly encourages women, people of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, people with disabilities, members of ethnic minorities, foreign-born residents, and veterans to apply.EEO Notice

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:the individual's skill sets, experience and training;licensure and certification requirements;office location and other geographic considerations;other business and organizational needs.With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.
