Responsibilities:

  • Manage all facets of the company's financial operations, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Oversee the preparation of precise and timely financial statements, ensuring adherence to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
  • Develop and implement financial controls and processes to optimize operational efficiency and mitigate risks.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing valuable insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives.
  • Lead the annual audit process, coordinating with external auditors to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain a robust understanding of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Controller or similar role, preferably in the consumer goods or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
  • Proficient in financial management software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
