Senior Tax Manager - ONSITE (MUST LIVE IN CINCINNATI/N KY AREA)
A reputable company in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Senior Tax Manager in a full-time permanent role. The Senior Tax Manager is responsible for coordinating the tax compliance function with successful outcomes all returns accurately and timely filed, well organized, efficient workpapers, accurate and timely reporting of tax projections to investors, and a reputation for excellent customer service.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Coordinate the compliance function utilizing internal and third-party resourcesReview annual accounting of various LLC's as part of tax preparation processReview various tax returns (Partnerships, Trusts and Individual Returns)Prepare complex tax returns involving 704(c) allocations and multi-state filingsPrepare tax component of hold/sale analysisPrepare taxable Income projections/estimatesSupervision Tax AccountantQUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting or FinanceCPA designation preferred5 to 10 years of accounting/finance experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focusAbility to prioritize and multi-task and multi-taskProficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office ProductsExcellent problem-solving skillsLargely self-directed, able to seek out objectives and complete tasks with minimal directionMust be detailed orientedAbility to work in fast-paced, high energy environmentTeam player with ability to interact with all levels of the organizationEager to learn and willing to take on additional assignments and/or ad hoc projects as assigned
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
