Sr International Tax Manager

Job Description

Reporting to the Vice President, Tax, this position will manage all aspects of the U.S. impacts of international tax for the company. This position will work with outside firms to prepare and review international income tax returns and workpapers and ensure compliance for the Company. The position will also provide support for various tax planning initiatives and continually strive to improve processes and assist with implementing best practices within the Tax department.

Detailed Description:Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end income tax provisions for U.S. international and foreign tax impactsManage transfer pricing documentation for all jurisdictionsManage all international forms 5471/8858/1118/etc. and all supporting attachmentsManage all CbC reportingManage FBAR filingsPrepare and filing of VAT, WHT, and GST returnsPreparing taxable income filings and projections for GILTI, BEAT, and Subpart F inclusionsMaintain E&P calculationsPrepare and review intercompany analysis for all foreign jurisdictionsPrepare and maintain/review all cross border transactionsAssist with Merger & Acquisition structuring and due diligence analysisMaintain and reconcile all foreign income tax accountsManage all foreign legal entity maintenance and planningAssist with SOX control documentationMonitor current U.S. and international income tax developments and legislative changes and advise Vice President, Tax on tax updates relevant to the CompanyRespond to inquiries from IRS and international tax authorities, as applicablePerform tax research for international issues, as requestedOther duties and projects, as assignedJob Requirements:

Ability to prepare and maintain tax records, returns, reports, and other related material with the highest level of accuracyAbility to work independently, multi-task and prioritize under pressure and within timeline constraintsStrong interpersonal and relationship building skills to work effectively with all levels of employees and peersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFlexible and proactive problem solver adept at achieving results in a team-oriented and collaborative environmentProficient computer skills with the ability to run reports and complete analysis with experience in MS Office to include Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelAbility to always maintain Company and employee confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information and protect Company proprietary information in an appropriate mannerMinimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, or related field of study with a concentration on tax10 + years of U.S. international income tax experience with Big 4 and/or a multinational corporationCPAPreferred Qualifications:

Master's in tax, accounting, or related field of study7-10+ years of U.S. international income tax experience with Big 4 and/or a multinational corporationFluent in Spanish is a major plusRIA Checkpoint, Corptax, and Oracle and SAP ERP systems experience

Additional Details:

This job requires the ability to work under time-sensitive deadlines and maintain a calm and professional demeanor when adversity is encountered. It also requires the physical ability to work in an office environment including the ability to sit for extended periods of time while performing office or computer tasks. The job may require some overtime including weekend or holidays. All applicants must be able to commit to a full-time schedule.
