Project Controller Junior Job Details

- Lead analysis of business unit payroll costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.- Collaborate with GTM management to develop cost center budgets and workforce plans.- Oversee the GTM allocation and overhead capitalization process, including monthly reporting and analysis.- Maintain and improve the GTM allocation automation tool.- Analyze key financial metrics such as EBITDA and Distributable Cash Flow.- Support ad-hoc inquiries and develop expertise in understanding business drivers within US Transmission.- Utilize analytical tools like Excel, Hyperion Planning, and Essbase systems to enhance processes.- Provide comprehensive analysis of projected results to support senior management decision-making.

Project Controller Junior Mandatory Skills

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or equivalent.- Minimum of seven years of directly related experience.- Proficiency in Excel and major ERP systems; Oracle Cloud experience preferred.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a collaborative environment.

Project Controller Junior Desired Skills

- CPA designation.- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.- Proven capability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
