Overview

The Customer Success Ecosystem Finance team oversees customer success investments of billions across Intuit. The team plays a critical role in driving business decisions and optimizing financial outcomes for the Customer Success organization while enabling the optimal experience for our customers.

The Intuit Customer Success Ecosystem Finance team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Financial Analyst to provide financial analysis and decision support to Customer Success teams across ProTax Group, Consumer Group (TurboTax) Canada and Business Tax. This role will play a key role in our forecasting and reporting processes. In addition, this role will partner with a broad set of cross-functional teams across the organization to drive strategic initiatives, resource allocation and investment decisions.

What you'll bring

5+ years of FP&A experience or equivalent tenure from related positions in highly dynamic finance roles.Trusted business partner who delivers operational excellence by understanding the needs of the business and identifying opportunities to improve financial resultsHighly motivated, self-starter with a desire to quickly learn and excel. Simultaneously manage several priorities and operate in a cross-functional matrixed organization. Meet deadlines in a high-growth environment focused on driving business resultsGrace under pressure with a good sense of humor and dose of humilityAdvanced Excel financial modeling, analytical and problem solving skills. Hyperion Essbase and GSuite experience a plusBS/BA in Finance or Business Management, or equivalent work experience

How you will lead

Partner with the Customer Success teams across ProTax Group, Consumer Group Canada and Business Tax to drive growth, profitability and decision makingPartner with our Modern Operations team to regularly review key performance metrics to identify and escalate potential financial risksManage, track and prioritize headcount and program spend investments and resourcing for our ProTax and Consumer Group Customer Success teamsLead month end close, quarterly forecasting and assist in 1 and 3 year planning for Consumer Group and ProTax Group Customer SuccessProvide ongoing evaluation and long-term management of operating costs and variable margins of product offerings and advise on areas of efficiency and margin improvement
