Join our vibrant global finance team as a Lead Financial Analyst! The Opportunity: As a vital member of our Financial Planning and Analysis Team, you will report to the FP&A Manager and be responsible for crafting detailed financial models, forecasts, and reports. This is your chance to contribute to complex departments and specialized functions within our Finance organization! Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Group Vice President of various departments to analyze variances and trends, performance metrics, and undertake forecasting, annual planning, and ad hoc reporting. Create precise reports and variance analyses, with insightful commentary as part of the monthly forecasting and management reporting process. Enhance the development of financial models used to forecast Assets Under Management and conduct scenario analyses. Engage in intricate analysis projects ensuring a comprehensive understanding of financial processes and their interrelations. Leverage the department's Business Intelligence and Reporting tools to customize new reports for improved decision-making capabilities. Ensure timely completion of assigned department projects and meet all deadlines. Guide the annual planning process, which includes developing and updating training materials, coordinating activities across the firm, and preparing trend analyses. Test financial systems and reports following system upgrades or changes in business requirements. Your Qualifications: A minimum of 4 years of FP&A experience with a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. Proven analytical and financial modeling expertise for large business units. Advanced Excel proficiency with the ability to perform complex functions is essential. Experience with BI tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, BPC, Tableau, Hyperion, or Cognos is highly desirable.
