Qualifications:Previous experience as an iSeries Programmer Analyst.Experience with IBM power technologies and AS400 environments, a must.Knowledge and understanding of legacy code written in RPG, RPG II, RPG III is a must. Also requires an ability to work with flat files. 5+ years' experience, preferred.Ability to develop, test, debug and modify programs in RPGLE/ILE RPG, RPG FREE, CL/CLP/CLLE languages.SQLRPGLE, embedded SQL, DB2/SQL, STRSQL, preferred.Knowledge of DDS, SEU, SDA, PDM, subfiles, data structures.Experience in developing interactive, batch and module programs on Series.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with legacy system modernization projects.Familiarity with industry best practices for legacy system management.Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies
