As a Financial Analyst in the Accounting Operations division, you will have the opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, dynamic, and data-driven team that directly supports accounting management, company executives and influences management direction. You will utilize system loan data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in cost savings.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years experience in payables and receivables payment analytics and a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, economics or a similar field. Exceptional candidates are driven by excellence, attention to detail, and a desire to continually improve, gain industry experience, and enhance productivity.

RESPONSIBILITIESAnalyze consumer loan balances to bring insights into collections, account aging, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and loan servicing company policies.Analyze consumer loan payments to highlight trends with respect to methods of payments by various sources and various remitters.Design and enhance reports to monitor KPI's especially specific to daily payables and receivables payments on consumer loans.Build and enhance on various reports to audit the accuracy and timeliness of daily payables and to ensure payables are in line with services rendered and qualifications.Collaborate with adjacent departments to streamline processes related to consumer loan payables and incoming loan payments and recommend improvements to accounts payable and accounts receivable policies and procedures.Recommend changes to corporate policies, procedures, and payables guidelines.Enhance internal process efficiency with all technologies available to your team.SKILL SET

Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including lookups, pivot tables, database mining, and financial analysis modeling.Fundamental knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL).Ability to interpret large amounts of data from multiple sources and extrapolate trends.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains a plus.Experience with Blackline a plus.Entrepreneurial, intellectually curious, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.Able to quickly adapt to changes in a dynamic work environment.PAY RATE:

$70,000 - $90,000 per yearThe exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicable.BENEFITS
