*Job Description:*Speech Language Pathologists are responsible for conducting assessments, developing, monitoring, and evaluating treatment plans, providing direct services to clients in the clinic, parent training, documentation, therapy planning and material making, augmentative alternative communication device management and providing support to registered behavior technicians in implementation of communication plans.
*Responsibilities:*
* Collaborate with the team to complete assessments in speech, language, and functional communication skills.* Develop goals and objectives based on evaluation and assessment results* Implement Augmentative Alternative Communication plans provided by the supervising SLP/ATP.* Complete timely and thorough reports; treatment plans, assessment summaries, etc.* Analyze client data* Maintain and modify treatment plans* Provide direct therapeutic services in the clinics* Collect data during sessions* Ensure clients are meeting or exceeding their goals* Manage student devices and materials as needed* Provide parent training with the support of the consulting SLP/AAC specialist if needed
*Qualifications (SLP)** Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology* Must hold current ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or be eligible for ASHA certification (CFY's encouraged to apply, supervision provided)* Must be licensed or eligible for licensure through RI Department of Health* Licensed or eligible for licensure through RI Department of Education* Working knowledge of or experience with Applied Behavior Analysis* Have experience working with individuals exhibiting challenging behavior* Excellent written and verbal communication* Basic computer knowledge* Must pass a BCI and CANTs screening
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
