*Salary Range based on Unique BCBA position chosen:** $80,000-$104,000

*Qualifications and Skills:** Active BCBA Certification* Current Utah State Licensure* Minimum of 1 year working as a BCBA* Ability to pass fingerprinting and criminal background check* Reliable transportation and auto insurance* Updated CAQH profile* Experience working with a variety of age ranges and skill levels in ABA* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Ability to interact, engage, and have fun with individuals with disabilities* Comfortable learning our data collection software

*Responsibilities:** Conduct the initial assessment and ongoing assessments for every assigned client and develop individual programs tailored to meet the client’s needs.* Provide high-quality, interactive ABA services to clients of varying ages in a variety of settings including the client’s home, school, and/or the community.* Provide collaborative and supportive supervision to RBTs working with clients on your caseload.* Utilize Behavior Skills Training (BST) to train staff on the implementation of programs and plans that the BCBA has developed.* Meet with client caregivers at least monthly to review progress and ensure collaboration with all stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $104,000.00 per year
