Working primarily via Telehealth, our BCBAs can serve children across the state of Arizona with the option of providing in-person support as it fits your needs and the needs of your clients.

*Responsibilities ** Oversee ABA treatment plans for clients ages 2-14, including analyzing data and making program updates as needed* Conduct ongoing supervision of RBTs on their implementation of ABA procedures & provide appropriate feedback/training to aid in the efficacy of our behavior change programs* Implement caregiver training programs for families of all backgrounds* Complete progress reports for clients bi-annually, or as required by the funding source* Conduct skills and behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, etc.) based on the needs of the client* May conduct initial assessments and design treatment plans for new incoming clients* Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with other service professionals (SLP, OT, PT, school teachers) based on the needs of the client* Navigate Central Reach software for collecting and analyzing data

*Experience** Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) required* Must be open to working with clients via Telehealth, with the option to work with clients in-person if desired* Central Reach experience preferred but not required* Must work well with children, parents, and other service professionals* Willing to have background check

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
