Responsibilities and Duties
Conducts intake assessments for patients using provided curriculumCreates skill-acquisition and behavior reduction programs and strategiesParticipates in interdisciplinary collaboration/ meetings with educators, speech, and occupational therapistsAnalyzes client data and makes necessary program modificationsModels implementation of treatment for BCaBAs and RBTsEvaluates staff performance, provides training, and feedbackCompletes progress reports in accordance with structured deadlinesConducts patient re-assessments when necessaryConducts caregiver training as requiredProvides exemplary leadership through hands-on training and modeling of ethical conduct
Minimum Qualifications
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Applied Behavior Analysis or human service-related fieldCurrent BCBA CertificationExperience in applied settings developing and implementing behavioral interventions and teaching programsExperience conducting functional behavior assessmentsExperience in goal development and design of positive behavior support plansExperience with the VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS or other related assessments preferredExperience working with youth 21 years and under with serious emotional and behavioral challenges or autismHighly organizedExcellent written and interpersonal skills, team playerValid drivers license and reliable transportation required
