TravelTrauma Level 2Charting System Cerner- Unit: Neuro ICU - McAuley ICU- # beds: 20- Certs: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS. 2 years in Neuro ICU preferred.- Ratios: 1:1 - 2- EMR: Cerner- Floating: All other Sacramento facilities. Mid-shift float to another facility is rare, but can happen.- Floor specific orientation: 1 - 2 days on the floor with preceptor.- Common diagnosis / Types of patients: CVA, ICB, neuro surgeries, craniotomies, neuro interventional radiology, ventriculostomies. Line insertions are common.- Additional Notes: Strong Stroke Program and Neuro Center. Newer, state of the art unit.
