This is a mostly remote position that offers a great opportunity to work with a dynamic and forward-thinking team. As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role in financial planning and analysis, contributing to the overall financial success of our company. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining financial models, analyzing financial data, and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions. This position requires a deep understanding of accounting principles, excellent Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems such as Dynamics Great Plains.Responsibilities: Develop and maintain complex financial models using advanced Excel functions to support strategic initiatives and business decisions. Analyze financial data and create financial reports for management, highlighting key trends and variances. Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process, including the preparation of profit and loss statements. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation. Work closely with the supply chain and logistics teams to optimize cost and efficiency. Perform monthly accruals and adjustments in the ERP system, ensuring accurate financial reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide financial insights. Participate in special projects as needed, providing financial analysis and recommendations.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, or related field. Advanced Excel skills, including experience with complex formulas and Excel modeling. Strong understanding of accounting principles and experience preparing profit and loss statements. Experience with logistics and supply chain management. Proficiency in ERP systems, specifically Dynamics Great Plains. Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
