Permanent address must be greater than 100 miles from the most central facility OhioHealth Grant Medical CenterPosition: ARRT certified CT Tech (CT AND XR)Location: Grant Medical Center (Level I Trauma)Shift: 3x12's Nights (1800-0630); every other weekend, holidays as assignedPerforms and completes diagnostic procedures and follows guidelines set by Grant/Riverside and Radiologic Association.This position prepares patients for examinations and performs diagnostic radiology procedures following guidelines set by OhioHealth and the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).Conducts routine radiographic studies in diagnostics.Provides radiation safety for operator and patient.Places patient in proper positions for procedures, adhering to department policy regarding routine.Charcoal grey scrubs, EPIC EMR.GE CT equipment presently in use GE and Toshiba/Cannon.Typical volume or census for dept: 270-290 scans per day.Job Requirements
2 years of experience (will review travelers with 1.5yrs if strong Level I/large hospital experience)Large hospital/Trauma Level I/II experience preferredGraduate of an accredited radiography programOH State License required, pending license is acceptedRegistered with ARRTBLSExperience with GE and/or Toshiba/Cannon equipmentSchedule Information
