Oversee all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.2. Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, and report variances.3. Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.4. Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.5. Research technical accounting issues for compliance.6. Support month-end and year-end close process.7. Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.8. Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.9. Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.10. Additional duties as necessary.Qualifications:1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred.2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification required.3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.4. Experience in the healthcare industry and non-profit sector is required.5. Proven knowledge and expertise in accounting principles and procedures.6. Experience with creating financial statements and general ledger functions.7. Excellent accounting software user and administration skills.8. Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.10.
