Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. Develop and implement robust financial systems and processes to support the organization's growth. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and financial standards. Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization. Manage relationships with external auditors, financial consultants, banks, investment advisors, and vendors. Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives. Provide financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets, and business drivers. Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position, preferably in a non-profit organization. Proven experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management. Strong understanding of non-profit accounting, including sophisticated fund and grant accounting, compliance, and reporting. Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using financial management software. An ability to work in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
