When submitting candidates include at least tworeferences (one must be from current manager), a resume, and completed skillschecklist/competency assessment.

13 weeks assignment, 2 years’ experience current required in an 18 plus bed telemetry/progressive care unit required. Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment. Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment prior.

CERTIFICATIONS : BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certificationsrequired. BLS and ACLS must be completed through American Heart Association,American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross. EPIC EMR experiencepreferred. Traveler must provide or pass a Basic Cardiac Arrhythmia/DysrhythmiaAssessment (BCA)

exam

prior to or during first week of assignment. Travelersthat do not pass the BCA test will be dismissed.

SHIFTS :

12-hour Night shift position; start time19:00.

Three Weekend shifts in a 4 week scheduling period -

Shiftsmay fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. On call, weekends andholidays may be required. Travelers are first to float within facility and toalternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location and to allareas in which they are trained, including the ED and alternate holding areasto care for appropriate patients, including PresNow ED/UC (freestandingurgent/emergent care facilities)

ORIENTATION : 1st week of the contract, not to exceed40 total hours, and includes EPIC training.
