Trauma level III No NICU level Primary Stroke Center 252 McHenry St, Burlington, WI 53105 AAH will require the Covid vaccine General Information Beds: 10 Experience? 2 years First-time traveler? No Patient Types: Emergency patients from neonates to geriatrics Pediatric experience- preferred 1% peds population Chest Pain, Abd Pain, Stroke, Neuro Air transport AMI patients 2 Psych Patients average/ week Patient Ratios: Nurse - 1:4 (days) 1:5 (nights) Tech 1:10 Required Certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS, TNCC, NIHSS De-escalation not required Skills required Triage, assisting with RSI/intubation, procedural sedation, restraints, blood products -mass transfusion, experience in stroke -neuro alert /criteria, trauma activations/care, Cardiac -STEMI Support on the Unit: Techs (Ratio - 1:10) Charge nurse: does this person have patient load? Yes; mostly full patient load Phlebotomy- assist with blood draws if needed RT: 24/7 Hospitalist: 24/7 Midlevel from 10a-10p Bedside/nurses station tele monitoring Charting System/Equipment: Epic- preferred
