Aquent is looking for a part-time

Visual Designer

to join our gaming client’s Growth team. We are looking for a Visual Designer with a background in motion, web, digital, social, video, and print to support growth as they prepare to launch a new RPG.This individual will collaborate closely with members of the Growth team and game team to ensure a cohesive design that resonates with audiences and meets business objectives. This individual should have prior experience in gaming or a passion for the industry.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop visual assets for digital, print, and social platforms, maintaining a consistent brand aesthetic across all mediums.Create engaging motion graphics for promotional materials, social media, websites, and advertisements.Edit and refine video content for marketing campaigns, product launches, and internal communications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product and marketing to ensure cohesive and innovative visual storytelling.Assist with concept development for creative campaigns, providing input on storyboards, visual treatments, and style frames.Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies, integrating them into projects when appropriate.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and feedback.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in graphic design, motion design, and video editing.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) and other relevant design software.Experience with Figma, Framer or other design tools.Strong video editing skills, including audio syncing, color correction, and basic animation.Experience creating motion graphics for digital and social media campaigns.Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.A passion for storytelling through visuals and a keen eye for detail.Preferred Skills:Experience working with 3D design software such as Cinema 4D or Blender.Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web design principles.The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55 to $62 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
