The Advertising team in Mexico is seeking a Solutions Manager to join our team and deliver custom advertising campaigns for a wide range of clients—across every vertical—including digital, video, experiential, events, and OOH. You will be joining a creative team and responsible for managing projects and programs from ideation to launch, including scoping concepts with both internal and external stakeholders, owning schedules and deadlines, overseeing production, managing vendor relations, and seeking necessary internal approvals from a range of teams—from PR to Legal to Policy.

As a Solutions Manager, you will need to be comfortable "wearing many hats," splitting your time between project management, vendor engagement, concept scoping, internal relationship management, creative ideation, and campaign strategy. You will need to be very detail-oriented, without losing sight of the bigger vision of a campaign, and a relentless problem-solver without sacrificing creative thinking.

You will be working directly with your local creative team, and also other Program Managers, Sales, Engineers, Project Managers, and several internal stakeholders from a diverse group of teams.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of digital advertising and client-facing roles experience- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers- Experience with annual brand and media planningPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
