The Role
This position requires multidisciplinary talents. As a marketing director, you will be responsible for success across a wide variety of marketing elements including website management, SEO and digital campaigns and will manage and coordinate both internal teams and external resources to achieve the company's marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and lead the execution of marketing strategies with accountability for the performance of the marketing department. This includes the oversight of planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
Website and SEO Management:
Oversight, management, and continuous optimization of the company's website, including the development and implementation of on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
Digital Marketing Oversight:
Direct and manage digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including social media, email, and display advertising, to drive engagement and conversions.
Content Creation and Creative Direction:
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to produce visually compelling graphics, videos, and other creative assets.
Trade Show Management:
Lead the planning, execution, and management of large-scale and industry-focused trade shows and industry meetings, ensuring they effectively enhance brand visibility and generate high-quality leads.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Oversee the utilization of analytics tools to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Facilitate collaboration between marketing and other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure marketing efforts support broader business goals.
Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies to amplify the impact of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of five years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on the manufacturing sector and industrial processing equipment.
Proven track record of successful initiatives in the industrial world.
Expertise in digital marketing, SEO strategies, and content creation.
Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, SEO platforms, and CRM systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.
Experience with HubSpot CRM and previous work in a manufacturing company is a plus.
