POSITION SUMMARY:K2 Services is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist with 7-10 years of experience to join our Client Services team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation, including PowerPoint presentations, proposal templates, and article publication. This role also involves supporting go-to-market (GTM) strategies and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness and lead generation.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsibilities of this role include, but may not be limited to, the following:Content Creation: Develop compelling PowerPoint presentations, proposal templates, and marketing materials that align with brand guidelines and support sales efforts.
Article Management: Assist in the creation, posting, and release of articles across various platforms, ensuring content is optimized for SEO and audience engagement.
GTM Support: Collaborate with product and sales teams to execute go-to-market strategies, including creating messaging frameworks, and supporting promotional campaigns.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials maintain a consistent voice, tone, and visual identity across all channels.
Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and digital advertising.
Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Marketing Qualified Lead generation: Through concerted marketing efforts this person will establish and lead the MQL process within CRM and ensure distribution to Sales team.
Marketing Strategy: Responsible for the quarterly go to market strategy that will support the organizations strategic vision and objectives---driving the support of revenue growth because of these overall efforts.
Internal Intranet Management:
Ensure the internal intranet is created, updated quarterly with relevant content and serves as a place the organization can go to when seeking, collateral, video content, articles, client case studies, etc.
Product Marketing: Act as a liaison between Technology Services department in an effort to integrate and ensure updated and relevant content is available and created to support Sales pursuits and client engagement.
Website Management:
Responsible for company website management ensuring content is accurate and update to date with 3rd party Web organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:7+ years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on content creation and GTM strategy support.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite, and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with SEO best practices.
Experience integrating with CRM ensuring lead generation and routing is formalized and integrated within organization CRM platform.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
