What is it that we do at Colonial Pipeline Company?

Colonial Pipeline is the largest refined products pipeline in the United States, transporting more than 100 million gallons or 2.5 million barrels per day. Colonial transports various grades of gasoline, diesel fuel, home heating oil, jet fuel, and fuels for the U.S. military through a pipeline system. Colonial transports approximately 45 percent of all fuel consumed on the East Coast, providing refined products to more than 50 million Americans.

About the Asset Management Analyst Position

As an Asset Management Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and managing systems to control and execute inventories. This role handles inventory management to optimize investment and recordkeeping activities. The Asset Management Analyst designs procedures and systems to record and track inventories of materials, supplies, and finished products. This position will analyze usage and recommend control quantities. The Analyst initiates re-orders of equipment and ensure daily operational needs are addressed, in addition to coordinating Colonial Lab activities and resources.

What You Get to Do:

Manage and recommend improvements to the organization's inventory-control program.

Manage the setup and maintenance of hardware and software for lab environments used for testing and development of IT and OT systems.

Contribute to the preparation of various data and analytics reports.

Identify any instances of noncompliance with the organization's policies and proactively escalate to management.

Maintain accurate records and timely reports.

Resolve queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information about inventories and information on policies and/or procedures, escalating complex issues to management.

Develop, test, and maintain procedures and guidelines to support the organization in management and control of inventory and lab operations.

What You Bring to the Table:

High School Diploma or General Education Diploma from an accredited educational institution.

Ideally, 1+ year of experience in the development and management of inventory systems to include execution.

Ability to collect and analyze data, skilled in data management, and knowledgeable with inventory management software.

Commitment to consistently adhere to policies and procedures and be a positive example for others by demonstrating the Company’s core values of Respect, Accountability, Innovation, Safety, and Excellence in completing work assignments.

Self-motivated, have a phenomenal work ethic and looking for the right company to support your growth.
