who possesses:8-10 years of experience in selling capital equipment and consumables to pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biotechnology, and academic research sectors across the US and Canada.Proven track record of managing annual revenue sales organizations ranging from $20M to $50M.Familiarity with molecular interaction techniques, including Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR), Bio-Layer Interferometry (BLI), and Isothermal Titration Calorimetry (ITC), is preferred.Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales forecasts and generating recurring revenue streams.Email resumes to

or call 858.376.5078FULL DESCRIPTION :The selected candidate will be responsible for:Develop and execute a sales plan to sell capital equipment and consumables to pharma, biopharma, biotech, CRO, CDMO, and academic research customers in the US and CanadaAchieve or exceed annual sales targets consistentlySupervise and help regional sales managers meet their targetsManage field application and customer service teamsCommunicate with CEO and leadership team regularly on sales and market statusMentor sales team members to achieve both company's and personal goalsBuild a qualified prospect base, with the goal of closing sales to meet revenue targetsCreate accurate sales forecastsBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationshipsPartner with customers to understand their business needs and objectivesEnforce the use of CRM tools such as SalesForce and NetSuiteUnderstand competitive landscape and market trendsAttend trade shows, generate leads, and expand the company's customer baseEnsure every customer's successCoordinate efforts and activities with internal departments including Marketing and R&DPlan and organize internal sales meetingsThe selected candidate will also possess:Demonstrated ability to manage a $50M annual revenue sales organizationSuccessful experience as a national sales team leader with a proven track recordStrong desire for great successHands-on experience in life sciences analytical tool spaceExposure to molecular interaction techniques such as SPR, BLI, ITC, etc. preferredKnowledge of analytical technologies for antibodies, proteins, small molecules, gene therapy, and cell therapy, etc.Demonstrated ability to meet sales forecasts and generate recurring revenue streamStrong leadership with outstanding communication, interpersonal, and customer service skillsGreat planning, organizational, and creative thinking skillsStrategic thinker and entrepreneurial spiritFamiliarity with CRM technologies and toolsBasic knowledge of digital marketingUnderstanding financial statementsDegree in life sciences related fields preferredSalary Range: $200k-$250k/yrFor immediate and confidential consideration, please email your resume to
