We are seeking a
Senior Amazon Brand Manager
to lead our partnerships team as they provide account management, listing optimization, and advertising services for a growing portfolio of brands. This leadership role will work directly with company founders and be accountable for day to day department operations and ongoing innovation. A great candidate will be someone who thrives on strategic thinking, can seamlessly work with our team and foster positive relationships with our partners, someone who loves the cutting edge of ecommerce tactics and is at ease working with large amounts of ecommerce data. Schedule:
Full time exempt, Monday-Friday
Location:
Remote, with in-person leadership meetings every 1-3 months. Must be within 4 hours drive of Ann Arbor, MI. Preference will be given to local applicants.

Responsibilities and Duties
Lead brand management department to nurture portfolio of Brand Partners and drive conversion rate, sales velocity and overall growth on Amazon.com
Develop methods for testing and measuring the impact of listing performance optimizations and training the team in their use
Proactively drive positive working relationships as primary contact for key Brand Partners and ensure frequent touch points including weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
Responsible for spearheading process improvement within the department
Conduct analysis of media and content strategies within product niches to identify opportunities and threats
Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize brand objectives
Collaborate with sales team to evaluate new partnership opportunities
Run weekly department meetings and foster collaborative working environment
Independently maintain expertise in ecommerce and the Amazon marketplace
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
3-7 years experience leading .com or marketplace commercial efforts (D2C, Amazon, Walmart.com, etc.)
2+ years experience with Amazon Seller Central and Advertising Console strongly preferred
2+ years of account management experience preferred
Outstanding ability to analyze and manipulate data
Advanced knowledge of ecommerce optimization & performance metrics
Self motivated and proactive
Proficient in Google Suite, project management software
Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) principles a plus
Keepa, ScaleInsights, DataDive, Revseller, ClickUp and related software experience preferred
