We are looking for team members who are equally passionate about what we do and excited about joining the Dolls Kill crew.About the Role:Our Amazon General Manager role owns and oversees everything Amazon at Dolls Kill. From product opportunity assessment through execution, you are the owner of the Amazon P&L. Responsibilities include product opportunity research, hands-on listing and advertising optimization, post-purchase experience oversight, 3rd party tool management, and directing a mighty cross-functional team of creatives and logistics experts to bring our assortments to life in order to drive rapid profitable growth on Amazon. As a results-oriented Amazon expert, you obsess over keyword opportunities, competitive monitoring, pricing and promotion optimization, and advertising. This important role requires an entrepreneurial individual excited about the opportunity to build a $100m+ Amazon business backed by the strength of a massive, unique portfolio of the fashion industry’s most interesting products.$165,000 - $195,000 a year
Responsibilities:Own Amazon P&L, from revenue growth through EBITDA contribution.Drive assortment decisions in collaboration with Merchandising and Planning teams based on keyword and competitive insights; set and execute product launch strategies (Vine, ad budgets, etc.).Manage all listing aspects in partnership with internal teams for brand copy and creative.Create and update product detail pages and associated A+ Content.Conduct keyword research to inform listing copy.Set and execute Amazon deal strategy (promotions, coupons, lightning deals, Posts, virtual product bundles).Actively monitor and react to competitive landscape (pricing, promotions, reviews, content, and other elements that drive customer purchase decisions).Obsess over product rankings on key search terms, take price, promo, listing or advertising actions to protect and improve rankings; identify new ranking opportunities.Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure products are in stock, packaged optimally, have required certifications and are avoiding excess storage fees; partner with planning to manage inventory levels and FBA restock limits and FBM availability.Drive an Amazon-worthy customer experience by helping to set our Amazon Customer Service SOPs, relay and guide Customer Service team to assure timely and appropriate actioning of any tickets.Own end to end Amazon Seller Central account management and maintenance, including but not limited to compliance, account metric tracking, and troubleshooting ASC issues via cases.Maintain brand integrity through trademark, copyright, and patent infringement reports via Brand Registry, controlling gray market resellers on pricing and distribution, all with the support of our in-house counsel if applicable.Select and work in a variety of Amazon tools for analysis and automation (H10, Getitda, etc.).Build the Amazon team - set the Amazon org direction, hire and lead.Requirements:Significant expertise in direct Amazon marketplace channel management.5+ years of experience with Amazon Seller Central, preferably in a high ASIN count context.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Experience hiring and managing offshore team members preferred.Entrepreneurial with a bias for action; you move quickly but know when it's important to slow down for "one-way door" decisions.
